Common questions we get from new volunteers.
Not at all! For onsite teaching roles, we provide full training before deployment — all you need is patience, enthusiasm, and basic computer literacy. For remote development roles, some coding experience helps, but we mentor beginners too.
It's flexible. Onsite programs typically run for 1–2 weeks. Remote volunteers can contribute as little as 2–3 hours per week. We work around your schedule.
Yes. For onsite deployments, we cover accommodation and meals throughout the program. You only need to arrange your travel to the deployment site.
Absolutely. Our remote roles are open to anyone, anywhere. We have volunteers from over 10 countries.
Yes. Every volunteer who completes their commitment receives a certificate of contribution and a letter of recommendation upon request. Both are good for your CV or university applications.
Yes. We're always open to different skills. Photography, video editing, fundraising, data analysis, whatever you're good at. Pick the closest match in the form and tell us what you bring to the table.
